Mayflower visit down under for Australian Smart Lighting Summit 2016
Technical Sales Manager Steve Green with our distribution partners in Melbourne
Mayflower were delighted to exhibit at the Australian Smart Lighting Summit 2016 in Melbourne during September.
Mayflower Managing Director Patrick Mitchell attended as guest speaker at the Summit, which took place over the 6th and 7th September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The event is the leading lighting conference of its kind, featuring guests from councils from all over Australia along with energy providers, authorities from road and public works, lighting engineers and designers.
Patrick said: “The trip was a fantastic opportunity to meet clients, potential customers, and other like-minded individuals. As well as showcasing Mayflower’s Central Management System technology and its uses the Summit allowed us to meet and formalise with our distribution partner and sign an agreement with them.
“We have identified several potential future opportunities for business and look forward to collaborating with authorities and developers in Australia to assist them in achieving their smart lighting requirements.”
During the trip Mayflower visited four of Australia’s major cities; Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
